  • How many units do I have to order?
    We offer cosmetic packaging with no MOQ. You can order just one of each product, which is ideal for conducting stability and shelf life testing for your unique formula.

  • Do you send samples?
    Since we offer no MOQ, you can simply buy a single item to check if it suits your needs. All our packaging is of the highest commercial grade, used by established brands.

  • How do I know your packaging will work with my formulation?

  • Where can I find technical specifications for the products I’m interested in?

  • What’s the difference between airless pump design and standard cosmetic packaging?
    Airless bottles and jars use a vacuum mechanism to dispense product, preserving it by keeping air and contaminants out. Traditional packaging often uses dip tubes or requires dipping into the product.

  • Why are these lip gloss bottles not sealing properly?
    The lip gloss containers come with the wiper on the wand. Insert the wand into the tube, apply pressure, and screw the cap tightly. The wiper should then be securely installed.

  • How do you fill the lip gloss containers?
    Lip gloss tubes are intended to be filled in a lab, but you can use commercial-grade syringes or household tools like a turkey baster for home filling.

  • What cosmetic packaging products do you carry?
    We offer a variety of products, including airless pump bottles, acrylic cosmetic jars, lotion pump bottles, lip gloss containers, and more.

  • Can you silk screen or label your packaging with my custom graphics?
    No, we don’t offer decoration services. Please visit our printing partners page for silk screen and label printing services.

    You can find the print and label die lines in the item description.

  • Do you offer products in other colors/designs?
    We are an online stock inventory supplier, so the styles and colors displayed on the website are the only ones available.

  • Where are your products shipped from?
    Our products are shipped from the Syspackpro warehouse.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are fulfilled within 48 business hours, with shipping transit times depending on the shipping method chosen.
